Refund Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS ON IN-STOCK ITEMS:
We accept returns on in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. To receive a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition with all tags attached.
How to request a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Ship the item back to us at your own expense
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days
Please note: Refunds will only be issued after we receive the returned item in acceptable condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so we recommend using a tracked shipping method.
PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE/NON-CANCELLABLE:
Once your preorder has been submitted to our vendor, we cannot cancel it as this causes delays for other customers' orders. If you need to cancel a preorder, please contact us immediately before we process the order with our vendor.
Wrong Item or Significantly Different from Description:
If you receive the wrong item or something significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll work with you to make it right.
Damages & Shipping Issues:
We carefully package all items, but we are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for compensation through the shipping carrier.
Filing a Claim for Shipping Damage:
If your package was damaged during shipping, you can file a claim with the post office. Typically, you'll need:
- Proof of Purchase - A receipt or invoice showing the item and shipping cost
- Proof of Damage - Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
- Claim Form - Available from the shipping carrier
- Tracking Number - For the package in question
- Valid ID - To verify your identity
We recommend contacting your local post office directly to ensure you have all necessary documents.
